What this policy covers
This policy explains how Virtue Media handles information connected with visits to virtuedev.com and inquiries sent through this website or to hello@virtuedev.com. It covers the website and the conversation you start with us, not the privacy practices of other websites or a separate client’s systems.

What you share. What a visit involves.
Our strategy brief asks for your name, work email, what is not working, and what you want your audience to do or know next. These fields are required so we have the context to answer your inquiry.
Organization, what is at stake, and timing are optional. We also receive any other information you choose to include in your message or send by email.
Share a general description and, where helpful, a public website link. Keep passwords, personal records, payment details and confidential material out of your initial message. Avoid including personal information about other people unless it is necessary and you are entitled to share it.
When you submit the strategy brief, the form also records technical details with the entry: your IP address, the page used to submit it, browser information, and creation and update dates. These details accompany the inquiry in the website’s form system.

Virtue Media uses inquiry information to respond to requests, plan work, and deliver relevant communication. It is not sold or reused for unrelated outreach.

Running the website and delivering email involves website hosting, form-processing software and email services. Information may be processed through those services as part of receiving, storing and responding to your inquiry.
We may disclose information where required by applicable law or valid legal process. The promise not to sell inquiry information or reuse it for unrelated outreach still applies; it does not prevent a legally required disclosure.
If you follow a link to another website, its own privacy practices apply. This policy does not describe how an external website handles information you provide there.

The homepage uses browser session storage to remember that its opening animation has been shown. Session storage is distinct from cookies and is associated with the browser tab’s session.

The website uses HTTPS, and the inquiry form includes an automated spam check. These measures do not make a website or email a confidential document-transfer channel. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
How long information needs to be kept depends on its purpose and context: whether an inquiry is still active, whether it leads to work, and whether records are needed for legal obligations or a dispute. A deletion request may be limited where information must be retained for those reasons. Contact us to discuss the information associated with your inquiry; this policy does not set a single retention period for every record.

Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive records with your initial request. We may need further information to establish that a request concerns your information before disclosing or changing it. You can also use the same address for a question about this policy.
